We have super selection of drinks and serve the only Marrochino north of London as far as we know, but we also know customers that drive 45 minutes for our Eggs Benedict, diners who rave about the White crab black pasta tortellini and endless comments about our homemade tomato ketchup.

has worked at the prestigious (and some not so prestigious for a short time only) venues where he's learnt and developed his style. That of a Mediterranean origin with a touch of the middle east, combined with classic French and British disiplines.
To keep things simple we call it a French-Italian fusion.
He is regularly invited to cook at prestigious occasions as Private Chef.
is all about patisserie, cakes and coffee. Not only creating and producing for Dolce Caffè but Migena also teaches (when she has the time). She's a fully trained Barista and talented professional pâtissier (pastry chef).
